Before I thought that she was born in LA, but it turned out that she was born in New York. Her home is NYC.

Of course she had a unique and awesome birthday party in LA. Personally I was not in Staples Center of LA,   but if I was I would expect her to organize serving cake to all fans and participants.

He is Canadian pop RB singer, songwriter and actor. Bieber was discovered in 2008 by Scooter Braun, who suddenly came across Bieber's videos on YouTube and later became his manager. Braun helped him to meet with Usher in Atlanta, Georgia, and Bieber was soon signed to Raymond Braun Media Group (RBMG), a joint venture between Braun and Usher, and then a recording contract with Island Records was offered by LA Reid.
